The Role

The firm is seeking a talented corporate lawyer to join its growing corporate team as a Senior or Managing Associate. You will work on a wide variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work. The role offers significant exposure to high-value, complex matters alongside excellent opportunities for client interaction and business development.
