Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Copywriter or CRM specialist.
• Ability to interpret brand writing style and maintain tone.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit high-quality CRM content for newsletters, emails, landing pages and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve content strategy and drive engagement.

• Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across CRM communications.
• Mentor junior writers and present copy to clients when needed.
