Job summary

Cheshire West and Chester Council in Winsford is seeking a Senior Coordinator on a fixed-term contract to lead a team of support workers in the day and respite services.

You will supervise, coordinate online planning, handle on-call duty, liaise with social workers, and contribute to quality assurance while promoting person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for line managing a team of support workers and completing their supervision meetings
• Complete online support planning documentation
• Complete on-call duties
• Liaise with social workers, carers and other key stakeholders to manage current service users
• Engage in the completion of quality assurance systems and processes
