Cheshire West and Chester in Winsford is recruiting a Senior Coordinator for 37 hours per week on a temporary 12‑month contract in our Supported Living service. The role follows a shift pattern and includes weekend working and on-call duties to support residents with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

You will line-manage a team of support workers, complete supervision meetings, and coordinate with social workers and carers while ensuring quality assurance across the service.

Qualifications

• Experience working in social care settings.
• Willing to undertake personal care and manual handling tasks.
• Able to work shifts including early, late, weekends and on-call duties.

Responsabilités

• Line managing a team of support workers and conducting supervision meetings.
• Complete online support planning documentation.
• Complete on-call duties.
• Liaise with social workers, carers and other key stakeholders to manage current service users.
• Contribute to quality assurance processes and systems.
