Senior Conveyancing Solicitor Norwich

Contract Personnel is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to join a highly established law firm in Norwich.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing a caseload of residential sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold transactions.
2. Preparing SDLT forms and handling other property-related transactions.
3. Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong client relationships.
4. Liaising with clients and third parties to ensure smooth and timely case progression.
5. Supporting and collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

1. Law Degree (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
2. Completion of the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and a training contract, or a qualifying law degree with relevant experience.
3. Valid practising certificate from the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
4. 5-7 years of experience as a solicitor, with expertise in residential or commercial property law.
5. Proven track record in managing property transactions from start to finish.
6. Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff.
7. Ability to handle complex client matters and provide clear legal advice.

Schedule & Salary:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (flexible work options may be available)

Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP50,000 + Profit share
