Opportunity for a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor

Join a highly regarded local practice on the Fylde Coast, seeking a senior conveyancing solicitor to lead a small but strong department, taking over from an outgoing retiring partner. There is also potential to progress into a Partnership role in the near future.

The practice is a traditional high street law firm with a deep-rooted client base across Lancashire, known for providing high-quality legal services.

This role involves significant direct client contact with a loyal client base, working closely with local brokers and estate agents. The ideal candidate will have a strong conveyancing background, be comfortable meeting clients face-to-face, and capable of generating new business within the local community. There are ample opportunities to grow the department through various business development initiatives.

As this is a managerial position, the salary ranges from £40,000 to £60,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, a friendly team, work/life balance, modern offices, and a positive culture. The firm promotes a healthy work/life balance and offers hybrid working arrangements.
