Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Norwich

Contract Personnel are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor for our well-known client based in Norwich.

This full-time role is ideal for candidates eager to join an efficient and supportive team with a reputable company. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about all aspects of residential property law, delivering exceptional client care, and acting as a trusted advisor for a diverse range of clients, including individuals and businesses.

We welcome candidates who are undergoing training or who are already qualified.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Managing a caseload of residential sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Preparing SDLT forms and handling other property-related transactions.
• Providing excellent client care and maintaining strong relationships.
• Liaising with clients and third parties to ensure smooth case progression.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications and experience required:

• Law Degree (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
• Completion of the Legal Practice Course (LPC) and a training contract, or a relevant law degree with experience.
• Valid practising certificate from the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
• At least 2 years of experience as a solicitor, with expertise in residential or commercial property law.
• Proven track record in managing property transactions from start to finish.
• Experience in handling complex client matters and providing clear legal advice.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, full-time hours.
