Our client based in Milton Keynes are looking to recruit a full time permanent Senior Conveyancer. This is an office-based role working Monday to Friday 9 – 5.30pm.
As a Senior Conveyancer you will manage a caseload of property transactions, providing legal advice and services to clients. Day to day your duties will include :-
• Managing a caseload of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold conveyancing
• Providing legal advice to clients, including advising on the buying and selling process
• Communicating with clients in person, by phone, by letter, or by email
• You will prepare and check documents such as sales contracts, title deeds, and Land Registry documents
• You will handle all financial aspects of a transaction, including submitting stamp duty forms and registering documents at the Land Registry
• Provide a consistent high level of customer service to clients
• Comply with all policies and procedures, including AML policies
To be considered for our Senior Conveyancer vacancy it is essential that you have:-
• A minimum 5+ years conveyancing case handling experience
• A methodical approach to work
• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Problem-solving, research, and negotiation skills
Salary depending on experience from £40k – £75k, pension, health insurance, generous holiday entitlement and training opportunities.
