Senior Residential Conveyancer

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join a leading commercial L500 rated firm.

Location: Northampton

This is a senior role leading a small residential property team. Responsibilities include:

1. Handling sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties
2. Managing landlord and tenant matters
3. Facilitating part exchanges
4. Supervising a team

Prior experience with plot sales is desirable but not essential. Candidates should have a strong residential property background, gained with a recognized residential practice, and good knowledge of the CQS scheme.

You should possess a professional, proactive approach, strong client care skills, and be involved in business development and marketing.
