Job Description

We have partnered with a leading Legal 500 firm with offices across the Midlands to find talented legal professionals for their National Conveyancing Department.

The ideal candidate is a qualified solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer, or has at least 3 years of conveyancing experience if unqualified, and is eager to develop their career within the department.

The responsibilities include:

• Managing cases from instruction to post-completion independently
• Building and maintaining strong client and introducer relationships
• Handling a caseload of up to 100 residential conveyancing transactions
• Responding to legal inquiries from clients and third parties
• Providing excellent service with proactive communication
• Participating in departmental development, including training and supervising junior staff
