Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for UK-wide design & build office fit out projects. You will oversee CAT A/B schemes from design through to completion, managing programmes, budgets and client expectations.

Reporting to Delivery Director, you will lead project teams, coordinate design information and monitor procurement and construction activities to ensure high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple CAT A/B office fit out projects.
• Experience delivering design & build projects from inception to completion.
• Strong programmes, budgets and client/stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage up to four live projects simultaneously.
• Oversee design, procurement and construction stages.
• Develop and monitor project programmes with MS Project.
• Maintain client relationships and lead delivery teams.
• Ensure health, safety and quality standards are met.
