Job summary

Time Recruitment is partnering with a growing fit-out and joinery contractor in Greater Manchester to appoint a Contracts Manager. You will oversee 2-3 live projects, manage delivery from pre-start to completion, and drive safety, quality and client satisfaction.

Projects range £1m–£6m; travel occasionally; reporting to Directors; lead site teams, coordinate RAMS and subcontractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high standards and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager in fit-out, joinery or refurbishment sectors.
• Strong leadership and client-facing capabilities are essential.
• Ability to review and manage RAMS and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple live projects from pre-start to completion.
• Manage programmes, costs, quality and client expectations.
• Chair progress meetings with clients and stakeholders.
