Job summary

Clements Young is recruiting a delivery-focused Contracts Manager for a successful construction contractor with a strong, secured pipeline of work in Lincolnshire. You will manage multiple live sites from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are safe, on time, and within budget while leading site teams and coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Dual project delivery experience (new build and refurbishment)
• Experience managing concurrent projects across sectors
• Strong knowledge of NHBC and LABC warranties
• Experience with JCT and NEC contracts

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple live sites from pre-construction to completion
• Lead site teams and Site Managers
• Monitor programmes, quality, and margins with surveyors
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Support planning, programming and value engineering during pre-construction
• Ensure safety, timeliness and budget adherence on all projects
