Responsibilities

• Managing multiple construction projects across a range of sectors.
• Overseeing site teams and coordinating with commercial teams, clients and senior management.
• Monitoring project programmes, budgets, quality and overall performance.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and consultants.
• Working with commercial teams to manage costs, variations and contractual obligations.
• Identifying and managing project risks and delays, and ensuring health and safety across sites.
• Reporting on project progress and performance to senior management.
