Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in construction/project management or related discipline.
• Experience leading multiple construction contracts simultaneously.
• Strong procurement, contract administration and change control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multiple contracts across projects and sites.
• Manage budgets, programmes and resources to achieve targets.
• Administer contracts, variations and change control processes.
• Monitor performance, risk and compliance across projects.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients and teams.
• Lead, coordinate and develop site teams and junior managers.
