Think Recruitment in Bromsgrove is seeking an Insurance Repairs Contracts Coordinator to manage property repair works from survey through to completion.

This role requires experience coordinating repairs in the insurance sector, reading surveys, and organizing trades and materials to keep jobs on schedule. A company car is provided as a benefit.

Based in Bromsgrove, you will liaise with surveyors, customers and trades to ensure high-quality completion of each contract.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating property repairs within the insurance sector.
• Ability to read surveys and translate them into a clear schedule of works.
• Experience with schedules of rates and estimating material requirements.
• Good knowledge of building repairs and trades involved.
• Strong organisation and communication skills with the ability to manage several live jobs at once.

Responsibilities

• Review survey reports and scopes of work to establish what repairs are required.
• Work out material quantities and arrange orders in time for each job.
• Price and review works using schedules of rates, including any variations.
• Book trades and coordinate their work across multiple properties.
• Monitor job progress, resolve scheduling issues and keep records up to date.
• Liaise with surveyors, trades, customers and other parties involved in the repairs.
• Check completed works against the agreed scope and help resolve any outstanding issues.
