Job summary

Ferris UK Ltd – Building Trust, Restoring Homes is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee building repair projects and coordinate with clients, surveyors, insurers and contractors. You will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to high standards.

Responsibilities include schedules, budgets, site inspections, health and safety compliance, and proactive issue resolution while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager within the building or insurance repair.
• Strong knowledge of building processes, materials and relevant regulations.
• Excellent organisational and multi-project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple building repair projects from inception to completion.
• Manage full project lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and to high standards.
• Coordinate with clients, surveyors, contractors and insurers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Prepare and manage schedules, budgets and project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality and safety compliance.
• Resolve project-related issues promptly and maintain stakeholder communications.
