Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across healthcare, education and public sector frameworks in the North. You will manage pre-construction through to delivery, ensuring programmes, quality, safety and commercial objectives are met, while supporting tender and bid activities.

The role offers Leeds or Warrington base with travel across the M62 corridor and surrounding regions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Contracts Manager in construction.
• Strong understanding of refurbishment and fit-out projects.
• Experience working on public sector projects or frameworks.
• Successful involvement in bid-winning and tender submissions.
• Strong programme management and project planning skills.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good understanding of construction contracts and delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects across the North of England and Midlands.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to budget.
• Drive high standards of quality and compliance.
• Lead project planning and programme management.
• Support bid submissions with programming and methodology development.
• Review tender documentation and identify project risks.
• Conduct site visits and assess delivery requirements.
• Work closely with framework clients and public sector bodies.
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Support selection of contract strategies and delivery approaches.
• Lead project teams and subcontractor performance.
