Job summary

KBM Resourcing is assisting a reputable Construction Contractor near Stirling to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager. You will lead tendering, develop project proposals, and act as the main contact for clients and site managers while helping to set budgets and schedules.

The role requires demonstrable contracts management experience in construction, oversight of invoicing, coordination with sub-contractors and legal teams, and a strong commitment to health and safety.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable contracts management experience within construction.
• Experience with tenders, bids and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tenders, commercial bids and help to bring in new business.
• Develop project proposals.
• Act as main point of contact for clients and Site/ Project Managers when required.
• Agree budgets and timescales.
• Manage construction schedules and budgets.
• Liaise with financial and technical staff, sub-contractors and legal teams.
• Overseeing invoicing.
• Meet with clients to discuss requirements.
• Adhere to all health and safety.
