Job summary

KBM Resourcing has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a reputable Construction Contractor near Stirling. You will help prepare tenders, commercial bids and develop project proposals across diverse sectors.

You will act as the main point of contact for clients and site/project managers, agreeing budgets and timescales, and managing schedules, budgets and invoicing. You will liaise with financial, technical staff, subcontractors and legal teams while adhering to
