Job summary

C&P Recruitment in the North of Scotland seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction to handover. You will act as the primary contact for delivery teams, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and to high standards. This permanent on-site role is based near Inverness (IV1 1DN).

Salary £70,000–£85,000 per annum, plus a company car or car allowance, pension, holidays, and extensive training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Oversee multiple construction sites from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Monitor project progress and address risks, issues, and delays proactively.
• Maintain high standards of quality throughout the construction process.
• Lead, manage, mentor, and support Project Managers and Site Agents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction sites from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with design specifications, agreed deadlines, budgets, and financial targets.
• Monitor project progress and address risks, issues, and delays proactively.
• Maintain high standards of quality throughout the construction process.
• Lead, manage, mentor, and support Project Managers and Site Agents.
• Promote a high-performing, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure teams meet project and business objectives.
• Encourage continuous improvement across project delivery operations.
