Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to join our Procurement & Commercial team, supporting delivery of a significant portfolio and shaping strategic procurement across major capital projects.

You will lead pre- and post-contract activities for high-value agreements, manage tendering, supplier performance, and contract administration, with a focus on risk, value, and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• - Experience in procurement, commercial management, or contract management across renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure, engineering, or construction.
• - Knowledge of onshore/offshore energy contracting models and project lifecycles.
• - Experience managing contracts through tendering, award, administration, changes and claims.
• - Strong supplier negotiation, governance, and commercial evaluation skills.
• - Familiarity with NEC, FIDIC, LOGIC or equivalent contracts.
• - Ability to contribute to budgets, cost forecasting and commercial reporting.
• - Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication, with multi-priority management.
• - Understanding of HSE governance and procurement best practices in major capitals.
• - Degree in related field; MCIPS advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement and contracting strategies aligned with project goals.
• Lead end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management from sourcing to close-out.
• Prepare ITTs, tender documents and commercial evaluation criteria.
• Spearhead supplier negotiations and performance management.
• Draft and manage framework and call-off agreements; support due diligence.
• Monitor contract compliance, variations, claims and dispute resolution.
