Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to join our Procurement & Commercial team, delivering strategic procurement across major capital projects and ensuring value through the contract lifecycle.

You will work with internal stakeholders, project teams, suppliers and delivery partners to develop procurement strategies, manage complex contract arrangements and optimise project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, commercial management, or contract management within energy, utilities, infrastructure, engineering or construction sectors.
• Knowledge of onshore and offshore renewable energy project contracting models.
• Experience managing contracts through full lifecycle: tendering, award, administration, changes and claims.
• Strong understanding of supplier sourcing, tender evaluations, governance and negotiation principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement and contracting strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Manage end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management from sourcing to close-out.
• Prepare ITTs, tender documentation, award recommendations and evaluation criteria.
• Lead supplier evaluations and competitive tender processes; assess proposals.
• Maintain supplier relationships and monitor performance; drive accountability.
• Assist with contract negotiations and administration; ensure obligations are met.
