Job summary

NRL in Newcastle seeks a Senior Contract Surveyor to lead the commercial and contractual management of steel and structural packages on a major development. You will drive procurement, cost control and contract administration in line with NEC/JCT frameworks and project objectives.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical and reporting skills, plus the ability to manage complex packages within budgets and timescales, coordinating with project managers and stakeholders to optimise value

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity/Contract Surveyor in steel or structural works.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and reporting skills.

• Proficient in cost management software and MS Office applications.
