Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor or Contract Surveyor with CSA/civil works.
• Strong understanding of NEC or JCT contract forms.
• Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain high professional standards.
• Proficiency in cost management software and standard Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial aspects of civil and structural packages (CSA) from pre-construction through to completion
• Prepare, negotiate, and administer sub-contract and supplier agreements
• Monitor project costs, valuations, and cash flow, producing accurate financial forecasts
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities to maximise profitability
• Oversee cost reporting, interim valuations, and final accounts to ensure compliance with contract obligations
• Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
• Ensure adherence to all contractual terms and relevant standards
