Job summary

NRL Group seeks an experienced Senior Contract Surveyor to lead commercial management of steel and structural packages on a major development. You will oversee procurement, subcontract negotiation, and cost control, ensuring profitability and compliance with NEC/JCT contracts.

You will collaborate with project managers and engineers, identify risks, manage valuations and final accounts, and drive accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity/Contract Surveyor in steel or structural works.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to manage complex packages within agreed budgets and timescales
• Proficiency in cost management software and standard MS applications
