The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) is hiring a Contract & Supplier Manager on a full-time permanent basis. You will lead the contract and supplier portfolio, focusing on NEC4 frameworks, ensuring value for money and resilience across projects.

You will provide expert commercial and contract management guidance to procurement and project teams, develop CSM policies, and manage renewals, exits, and supplier transitions. Hybrid UK role with flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing NEC4 contracts and supplier frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage contract costs and ensure value for money.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the effective management of SEPA’s contract and supplier portfolio with NEC4 frameworks, ensuring value for money, resilience, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Provide specialist supplier, commercial and contract management advice to procurement, project teams and stakeholders on high-visibility, high-risk CSM issues including escalations.
• Develop and embed CSM policies, processes, tools and reporting; monitor contract costs, invoice approvals and spending to prevent overruns.
• Develop and lead internal and external relationships across procurement, finance, project teams, service owners and strategic suppliers.
• Execute exit and renewal plans; track milestones and expirations; negotiate renewals, extensions, or manage supplier transitions.
