The role is a Contract Recruiter on our Software Engineering desk, offering a platform to inherit an established market with warm client relationships and a clear path for growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally tech/digital/change sectors.
- Strong track record of business development and client relationships.
- Confidence sourcing talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and network.
- Ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Solid negotiation and offer management skills with a commercial mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to influence and build trust.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering market insight and talent strategy.
- Identify and win new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Source and engage high-quality candidates using platforms and networks.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from brief to offer.
- Support clients and candidates from negotiation through to offer stage.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure GDPR compliance.
