Fawkes & Reece is a leading UK construction recruitment specialist seeking an ambitious Internal Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across our 9 UK offices.

You'll recruit across Resourcers, Trainees, Recruitment Consultants and support functions, shaping our Talent function and influencing hiring strategy with senior stakeholders. A performance‑driven, proactive approach is essential.

• Driving results: Working towards clear KPIs and targets, balancing quality, pace and successful hires.
• Selling the opportunity: Bringing our culture, career progression and brand to life to attract the right people.
• Building talent pipelines: Developing networks to support our continued expansion.
• Making an impact: Sharing market insight, improving recruitment processes and helping shape our Talent function.

The Opportunity

This isn't your typical internal recruitment role. You'll have real ownership, visibility across the business and the opportunity to influence how we attract and hire the people who drive our growth.

Working closely with hiring managers, Directors and senior stakeholders across our 9 UK offices, you'll recruit across a diverse range of positions, including Resourcers, Trainees, Recruitment Consultants at all levels, and support functions such as Payroll, Marketing, Credit Control and Administration.

You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and headhunting through to interviews, offers and onboarding, playing a key role in shaping the future of Fawkes & Reece.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Confidence building relationships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach.
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• A genuine interest in building a long‑term career in Talent Acquisition.
