Sweco UK Ltd is seeking a talented Contract Manager/Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Infrastructure & Environment Division. The role offers flexible working with a minimum of 3 days in the office, based in London or other UK offices, and reports to the Commercial Director.

You will oversee contract governance, commercial strategy, and key project commercial functions across highways and energy sectors, maximising value for clients and the company.

Qualifications

• Several years’ experience in a commercial/contracts management role.
• Experience in highways or energy sectors is a plus.
• Degree in commercial management, quantity surveying, business, or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts, especially change, payment and programme.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with terms.
• Govern supply chain interactions and resolve issues and disputes.
• Guide governance and commercial strategy for projects and frameworks.
• Lead commercial functions on change, risk, payment and programme.
• Conduct commercial audits and report findings to management.
• Provide cashflow and profitability analysis to divisional leadership.
• Respond to procurement requests and manage contract letting.
