Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Contract Manager to lead the The White Company contract at Northampton 3, overseeing a large operational team and delivering service, productivity and financial performance. The role is full-time, Mon-Fri, 40 hours, with flexibility.

You will report to the Head of Operations and manage customer relationships, drive continuous improvement, and ensure contractual KPIs are met while developing talent across the contract.

Qualifications

• Senior management experience within logistics, warehousing, fulfilment or supply chain.
• Proven track record managing budgets, contract performance and customer relationships.
• Experience leading large operational teams through growth and change.
• Delivery of operational and change initiatives while maintaining service excellence.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operational performance of the contract, ensuring KPIs and financial objectives are met.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as the primary operational contact.
• Provide leadership to the management team, developing talent and a high-performance culture.
• Drive planning, resource management and continuous improvement across the contract.
• Maintain accountability for contract financial performance including budgeting and cost control.
