CCL is seeking a Senior Contract Manager for a major power upgrade project on a long-term hybrid contract (home/ Murton). You will oversee all contractual activities, develop the project commercial plan, and lead negotiations with customers, partners, and suppliers.

Qualificações

• Over 10 years of hands-on contract management in complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience with NEC and Fidic contract models preferred.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.
• Strong ability to influence across diverse teams.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate information flow across stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead contract and commercial strategy with project team and leadership.
• Draft and implement contract procedures, insurance, variations and notices.
• Manage claims with customers, partners, contractors and suppliers.
• Develop and implement the project contract commercial plan.
• Provide training on contract issues when required.
• Report on claims, variations and critical issues to management.
