Job summary

Advance TRS in Aberdeen is seeking an experienced HV Contracts Manager to lead the high‑voltage operation with accountability for delivery, growth and client partnerships.

You will own HV project delivery, oversee tenders and commercial controls, develop key client relationships and mentor engineers while upholding the highest safety and quality standards across all HV activities. This is a chance to shape the next phase of the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing an electrical/HV operation or business.
• Strong HV systems and engineering knowledge.
• Proven commercial and project management experience.
• Experience with tenders, quotations and business development.
• Leadership and people-management skills.
• Electrical Engineering qualification preferred; H&S qualification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and develop client relationships to grow the pipeline.

We’re working with an established specialist in the high-voltage power sector, delivering critical electrical infrastructure and engineering solutions for a strong portfolio of clients.

They’re looking for an experienced HV Contracts Manager to take the lead in Aberdeen — someone who can combine technical HV expertise, commercial awareness and leadership to deliver projects successfully while helping build the next phase of the business.
