Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Aberdeen is seeking an HV Contracts Manager to lead HV operations, manage client relationships, and ensure safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in managing an engineering business and possess strong HV engineering knowledge. This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth and oversee multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing an engineering business.
• IOSH / SMSTS or equivalent H&S qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead HV operations and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
• Define project scope, allocate resources, and implement controls.
• Identify and develop HV business opportunities, prepare quotations, and deliver tenders.
• Set goals, coach staff, and support the Operations Manager.
