Job summary

VodafoneThree in the UK seeks a Contract Manager to own the life-cycle management of large-scale contracts with suppliers and partners. You will provide contractual clarity, mitigate risks and align with Finance, Legal and Procurement to optimise commercial outcomes.

You will lead governance, monitor compliance and drive performance improvements, while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support VodafoneThree’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial contract management.
• Strong understanding of technology-enabled business value.
• Ability to interpret complex contracts and provide pragmatic guidance.
• Experience working with Finance, Legal and Procurement teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for contractual matters and guidance to stakeholders.
• Develop, implement and manage governance to monitor supplier and partner performance.
• Provide reporting on compliance, performance, risks and opportunities.
• Lead contract change management and formal communications.
• Offer contractual guidance to Strategy and operational teams for network objectives.
• Manage disputes and escalation with Legal and Procurement when needed.
• Coordinate all formal communications with suppliers/partners.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal and Procurement to ensure obligations are met.
• Identify and realise commercial risks and opportunities within contracts.
