• Proven Contract Administration / Project Management experience within construction.

Responsibilities

• Act as Contract Administrator / Project Manager across social housing projects.
• Lead projects from inception to completion, managing programme, cost, quality and risk.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate clients, consultants and contractors.
• Deliver new build, refurbishment, high-rise and retrofit projects.
