Rise Technical Recruitment is helping a fast-growing commercial construction contractor in Birmingham recruit a Project Manager. You will oversee projects from pre-start through completion, manage programmes, and coordinate site teams across Midlands sites.

The role offers a strong salary of 70,000–90,000, plus a 5k car allowance, bonus, training and progression opportunities. You will work on healthcare, commercial and residential developments and report to directors.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering healthcare, commercial or residential development projects.
• Strong programme and reporting skills.
• CSCS and SMSTS.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish.
• Create, monitor and manage construction programmes.
• Coordinate site teams, labour and materials.
• Report progress to directors.
