You will manage projects from pre-start to completion, supervise programmes and report progress to directors, coordinating site teams, labour and materials across multiple sites. Experience delivering healthcare, commercial or residential developments is preferred.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing commercial construction contractor delivering high-value new build projects, where you'll play a pivotal role in company growth where you can support with hands on delivery across multiple sites whilst progressing long term.

This growing construction company specialise in the construction of commercial projects in and around the Midlands. With the majority of their projects being new build projects, ranging from healthcare to student accommodation. You will be responsible for managing projects from pre-start through to completion, overseeing programmes, reporting progress to directors, and coordinating site teams, labour, and materials. The role is predominantly site-based, with regular interaction across multiple stakeholders including clients and internal teams.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, be confident producing and managing programmes on care home developments.
