Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Project Manager in Birmingham, with sites across the Midlands & Bristol. The role offers £70,000 - £90,000 plus £5k car allowance, bonus, training and progression.

You will manage projects from pre-start to completion, supervise programmes and report progress to directors, coordinating site teams, labour and materials across multiple sites. Experience delivering healthcare, commercial or residential developments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering healthcare, commercial or residential developments.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Confident producing and managing programmes.
• CSCS and SMSTS certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Create, monitor and manage construction programmes.
• Coordinate site teams, labour, and materials across multiple sites.
