Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator / Project Manager for a Birmingham-based role. Hybrid/site-based work with a major social housing framework and a range of long-term projects.

You will lead contracts from inception to completion, coordinating clients, consultants and contractors while managing programme, cost, quality and risk. A dynamic, client-facing specialist with a UK driving licence is ideal.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator / Project Manager to join a growing multi-disciplinary consultancy, working across Birmingham on a major long-term social housing framework with a significant pipeline of work for the next five years and beyond.

Are you a Contract Administrator with proven experience delivering construction projects from inception through to completion? Are you looking for a long-term opportunity where you can take ownership of projects, work directly with clients and progress your career?

This established consultancy has been delivering professional construction services to housing associations and local authorities across the UK for over 40 years. Due to continued growth and the award of a major framework with a local authority, they are looking to strengthen their remote team in the West Midlands.

You will lead projects as Contract Administrator and Project Manager, managing programme, cost, quality and risk while coordinating clients, consultants and contractors. Projects will span new build, refurbishment, high-rise and retrofit, with a focus on delivering substantial construction projects.

The role offers significant autonomy, including home working, and would suit a dynamic, technically confident and digitally capable individual who is comfortable managing their own workload and building strong client relationships.

The Role:
