Elix Sourcing Solutions is recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Operations Manager in Bristol. This senior role runs Monday–Friday, 40 hours, with a £60,000-£70,000 salary plus bonus and extensive benefits.

You will lead cross-functional improvements, embed lean manufacturing, and drive quality standards to support ambitious growth. The role reports to the Operations Director and requires senior leadership experience in engineering or manufacturing, with a proactive mindset to deliver

Qualifications

• Senior leader with background in engineering or manufacturing.
• Lean Six Sigma beneficial.
• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or similar.
• Commutable to Bristol.
