Hunter Selection in Bristol is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to own site-wide improvement programmes, champion Lean and lead senior-level transformation across a complex manufacturing operation. The role offers significant autonomy and a pathway to measurable business impact.

You will work in a hybrid setup, partnering with senior leaders to shape operating models, improve collaboration and develop capability while driving tangible performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a CI / operational excellence / business transformation role.
• Good record of improving performance across complex/product based businesses.
• Strong understanding of operational excellence methods.
• Experience operating at a strategic level.
• Degree educated in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or Industrial engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational improvement and business transformation initiatives to increase efficiency, quality, and performance of the departments.
• Implement lean processes, governance, and continuous improvement practices across the organisation.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive change, improve collaboration, and deliver measurable business results.
• Coach teams to build a high-performance, process-driven culture.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape operating models, resource requirements, capability development and business priorities.
• Improve the quality of operational documents, such as work instructions and SOP's.
