Job summary

Procentia, part of the Brightwell Group, seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence across the organisation. You’ll identify inefficiencies, standardise ways of working, and partner with leaders to implement practical improvements that enhance performance and customer outcomes.

Working with senior teams, you will translate strategic objectives into actionable process changes, governance improvements and clearer accountability, building continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering continuous improvement and process optimisation, ideally using Lean principles.
• Experience with current/future-state process design and mapping.
• Experience facilitating process improvement workshops across functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including working with senior leaders.
• Track record turning improvement opportunities into sustainable change with measurable results.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Experience using operational data to support decision making.

Responsibilities

• Identify process inefficiencies across the organisation and propose practical improvements.
• Clarify accountabilities and standardise ways of working.
• Support leaders in implementing improvements that boost operational effectiveness.
• Bridge business priorities with delivery teams and translate objectives into concrete actions.
