Owen Daniels seeks an experienced Continuous Improvement Leader to drive site-wide CI strategies and deliver measurable gains. The role combines strategic direction with hands-on project leadership across teams and senior stakeholders.

Based in Kingsbury, Greater London, the permanent position offers a salary up to £70,000 and a structured schedule. You will champion Lean tools and sustain improvements across safety, quality, delivery and cost.

Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Proven experience leading projects from concept to delivery with measurable results.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing teams at all levels.
• Experience using ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 ideally.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the continuous improvement strategy across the site and align with business objectives.
• Identify and prioritise improvement opportunities across safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, productivity and capacity.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects from idea through implementation and sustainability.
• Build business cases for improvement projects, including costs, benefits, resources and ROI.
• Embed Lean and CI tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.

Job Description

• Lead the continuous improvement strategy across the site and ensure it supports overall business objectives.
