Hunter Selection Ltd in West London is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Lean initiatives for a food manufacturing client in Greenford. Salary GBP60,000-GBP67,000 per annum, Monday–Friday schedule.

You will own and deliver the CI programme, coach teams in CI tools, analyse data to reduce waste, and drive cross-functional improvements with a data-driven, project-management mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven CI and Lean Manufacturing experience in Food / FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong background in Operational Excellence and Root Cause.
• Experienced in leading cross-functional change and improvement.
• Data-driven with strong analytical, project management and Excel.
• Collaborative leader focused on driving measurable business outcomes.

Our client is a leading processor within food manufacturing, with a reputation for product quality and industry-leading standards. Due to a recent investment in the site, they are looking to increase their output and bring onboard a Continuous Improvement Manager to their team.
