Qualifications

• Proven ability as a senior strategist to devise and execute content plans that meet client objectives and introduce new, practical approaches in the creator space.
• Proven experience working on creator-centric social-first content strategy.
• Significant expertise in writing inspiring, clear creative briefs that set direction and leverage human insights.

Responsibilities

• Devise the content planning approach on Responses to Briefs that shift the needle of creator-led advertising.
• Conduct social landscape and cultural analysis to identify how people are behaving and why.
• Articulate human truths with a creator lens for new ways to approach concepts.
• Write inspiring creative briefs with clear direction and winning strategies in the creator space.
• Set direction for creator casting and explain why certain creators are needed.
• Deliver Influencer and Creator in Advertising content plans with content required by task and phase.
• Write a clear messaging hierarchy and work with the creative team on concept development.
• Hypothesise content types that deliver client objectives and bake testing into measurement.
• Sell the content planning approach through persuasive storytelling and present confidently to clients.
• Conduct content audits, social listening, brand positioning, and wider social media recommendations.
