Job summary

MG OMD in London is seeking an ambitious Content Manager / Creator with a strategic mindset and hands‑on production skills. You’ll ideate, direct and deliver bold content across social platforms, shaping campaigns and driving engagement.

You’ll thrive as a doer, maker and visual storyteller, delivering content from concept through to polished delivery with a strong understanding of platform performance and audience behavior.

Qualifications

• Experience in content production or a creative social media role.
• Self‑motivated hybrid thinker: creative manager, producer and social media enthusiast.
• Proactive, collaborative and passionate about content creation.
• Proven experience producing branded content across platforms and formats.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

Responsibilities

• Ideate, script, storyboard and pitch bold content ideas aligned with brand objectives.
• Shoot, direct, and edit compelling short- and long-form content for social platforms.
• Edit and animate content using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Stay ahead of trends and platform updates to shape high-performing content.
• Present ideas to clients, respond to briefs, and incorporate feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams on timelines, production schedules and delivery.
• Ensure assets are optimised for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more.
