Hyve Group Ltd. is seeking a Senior Content Producer for Bett UK to shape the editorial vision and content strategy for one of the world's leading education events.

You will curate agendas, engage senior leaders, and build influential communities that position our events at the center of education and edtech conversations. You will lead content initiatives, recruit top speakers, and collaborate with marketing and sponsorship teams to drive audience growth and registrations while maintaining

Qualifications

• Editorial leadership experience developing content strategies, conference programmes, or editorial products for B2B events or communities.
• Strong understanding of education, technology, data, AI, and customer experience.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and industry partners.
• Ability to translate market insights into compelling content themes and agendas.
• Excellent written, verbal, and public-speaking skills; comfortable representing the brand at events.

Responsibilities

• Lead the content strategy and editorial direction across Bett UK to keep agendas relevant and market-leading.
• Design and develop conference agendas addressing key education and edtech challenges and trends.
• Identify, recruit, and manage high-profile speakers and thought leaders.
• Build relationships with senior industry stakeholders to ensure content aligns with market needs.
• Collaborate with marketing to create digital content that drives audience engagement and registrations.
• Partner with sponsorship teams to identify content-led partnerships while maintaining editorial integrity.
• Conduct market research and audience feedback to inform content strategy and event development.
• Oversee production of keynote sessions, panels, workshops, roundtables, and networking formats.
• Represent the business externally as a trusted voice in education communities.
