Job summary

Barclays in London is seeking a Senior Content Platform Manager to shape the future of sales enablement. You will own the Highspot platform, drive governance, and align content strategy with business goals to enable client conversations and growth.

You will work across Propositions, Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Compliance and Operations to deliver a seamless content experience and accelerate adoption while managing risk and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience owning or administering enterprise content platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, SharePoint or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of content governance, content lifecycle management and sales enablement practices.
• Experience translating business strategy and user needs into platform strategy, roadmaps and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the content platform strategy and roadmap.
• Ensure trusted, up-to-date, compliant content is available to enable client conversations.
• Drive user adoption and governance to maximise business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Propositions, Sales, Marketing, Product and Tech.
