Barclays is seeking a Senior Content Platform Manager in London to lead the strategy and evolution of the bank’s content and sales enablement ecosystem, including Highspot. You will unite Propositions, Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Compliance and Operations to deliver a seamless content experience and trusted, up-to-date material for client conversations.

Competenze

• Experience owning or administering enterprise content platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, SharePoint or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of content governance, lifecycle management and sales enablement practices.
• Ability to translate business strategy and user needs into platform strategy, roadmaps and requirements.
• Proven track record in driving large-scale user adoption and change management programmes.
• Experience working across integrated tech ecosystems with CRM, content repositories and collaboration tools.
• Stakeholder management skills across matrix organisations and regulators.
